Together, they aim to give voices to women, non-binary folks, people of color, and especially women of color in the financial industry. Through Choir, they have been creating opportunities for diverse people to speak in conferences. The platforms they have raised now brings more awareness to the world of finance about the discrimination that is experienced by people from underrepresented communities.
